SendFlow is designed so documents move only as far as delivery requires — then are deleted.

Document processing

PDFs are created locally on the Windows workstation using Windows printing.
Only the generated document and required delivery metadata are uploaded.
Raw Windows print spool data is not uploaded.
Documents are processed only for delivery.

Encryption & hosting

TLS in transit to SendFlow servers
EU-hosted processing (Scaleway)
Private application storage for pipeline files
No public document download URLs for recipients

Code-signed Windows installers are planned; the current Early Access Setup is unsigned.

Retention

Delete documents after final delivery processing
Maximum default retention: 24 hours
Delivery metadata retained for support, abuse prevention and audit

Content use

SendFlow does not use customer document contents for advertising or AI model training.

The Free MVP delivers WhatsApp documents through GREEN-API. WhatsApp and third-party delivery infrastructure may temporarily process the document to complete delivery.
