What we’re asking

SendFlow is ready for its first public testers. Install it on one Windows 10 or 11 PC, print a document, and send the PDF directly to your own WhatsApp number.

This is an unsigned Early Access build, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning during installation.

  1. Create a free SendFlow account.
  2. Install SendFlow on one Windows 10 or 11 PC.
  3. Open any test document.
  4. Select SendFlow from the normal Windows Print menu.
  5. Send the document to your own WhatsApp number.
  6. Tell us what worked and what should improve.

Our goal is for you to install SendFlow and complete your first WhatsApp delivery in under ten minutes.

Free Early Access: 1 user · 1 PC · 5 sends/day · shared SendFlow WhatsApp number.

Windows may warn — that’s expected

This Early Access build is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may say the app is unrecognized. You are downloading from us, not a public random link.

  1. Run SendFlow-Setup after download.
  2. If Windows shows Windows protected your PC, click More info.
  3. Click Run anyway.
  4. Approve the printer registration prompt when asked (administrator).

Still blocked by company policy? Email support@sunflower.technology and we’ll walk you through a supported install on a call.

After install

  1. Sign in with the email link (check spam if needed).
  2. Print any document to the SendFlow printer.
  3. Confirm the number and send — start with yourself.
