SendFlow processes documents you choose to send so they can be delivered as WhatsApp PDF attachments.
- PDFs are uploaded over TLS to SendFlow servers hosted in the EU (Scaleway).
- Documents are stored only for the delivery pipeline and deleted after successful/failed terminal status or within 24 hours.
- Outbound WhatsApp delivery uses a third-party gateway (GREEN-API) on a shared SendFlow sender number for Free.
- We log delivery metadata (recipient, status, timestamps) — not document contents in application logs.
- Abuse-report links in WhatsApp captions use time-limited tokens so recipients can report unexpected deliveries without signing in.
- Account auth uses email magic links. Registration stores your name and optional email preferences (service alerts, product updates, marketing).
- Transactional mail (sign-in links, delivery-failure notifications) is required to operate the service. Marketing and product-update mail are optional and recorded with consent version, time, and IP.
