• Free tier is limited to 1 user, 1 workstation, and 5 sends per day.
• Outbound messages are sent from a shared SendFlow WhatsApp number. Do not use SendFlow for spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
• We may suspend accounts after abuse reports or fair-use violations.
• Delivery depends on third-party WhatsApp connectivity; if delivery fails, SendFlow emails the sender a delivery-failure notification.
• Service is provided as-is during Free pilot. Paid entitlements and SLAs are not included.
