First send checklist

1. Create your free account (name, email, and preferences).
2. Get SendFlow while signed in on this website.
3. Install the desktop app. If Windows warns about an unrecognized app, see SmartScreen below.
4. Approve printer registration when prompted.
5. Open the sign-in email (or request a new link in the app) and finish signing in.
6. Print any document to the SendFlow printer.
7. Confirm the WhatsApp number and send — start with your own number.

SmartScreen / “Windows protected your PC”

Early Access builds are not code-signed yet. SmartScreen may block the installer even when the download came from this site.

1. Click More info on the blue or yellow Windows warning.
2. Click Run anyway.
3. Continue the Setup wizard and allow printer registration.

Company PCs sometimes forbid unsigned installers. Email support@sunflower.technology if you’re stuck — we can do a short remote install for pilots.
